If you have a specific career pathway you want to explore, join a cohort for a more specialized Fellowship experience. Cohort members gain early access to Mentorship Seminars and receive resources tailored to their academic
and career interests.

We host online workshops that teach students how to find resources and apply effectively. For showcasing skills, Fellows can download our app, Vici: Level Up Together, to build their portfolio and stand out to employers.
