Board Member

Triple V is seeking volunteer board members to support the organization as we continue to scale our youth education and workforce development programs. Board members serve in an advisory and governance capacity and help guide strategic direction, organizational growth, and long-term planning.

Board service is flexible and hybrid. Members contribute insight based on their professional background while gaining exposure to a growing organization that continues to refine its systems and approach.

This role offers a practical way to share expertise, build nonprofit leadership experience, and support an organization focused on long-term outcomes for young people.

  • Commitment

    • Willingness to commit to an initial six-month term, with the option to continue based on mutual fit

    • Availability to attend quarterly board meetings and key organizational events

  • Professional Experience

    • Minimum of five years of professional experience in any industry

    • Experience in technology, law, finance, healthcare, education, or operations is a plus

  • Interest in Governance and Nonprofit Work

    • Genuine interest in nonprofit governance, organizational strategy, and long-term sustainability

    • Willingness to engage in advisory and oversight responsibilities

  • Fundraising and Resource Development

    • Fundraising experience is a plus but not required

    • Willingness to support resource development through networks, introductions, or advocacy

  • Mission Alignment

    • Strong interest in youth development, education access, and workforce readiness

    • Commitment to ethical conduct, collaboration, and accountability
