Overview:

The Squared Fellows Program is a year-long, hybrid mentorship and career exploration experience for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors in San Diego County interested in STEM. Fellows rotate through immersive experiences with local STEM companies, receive mentorship, and attend monthly Saturday events to explore pathways into science, technology, engineering, and math careers.

Key Information:

• Location: San Diego County, CA

• Modality: Hybrid (in-person site visits + monthly Saturday sessions)

• Compensation: Unpaid; transportation stipends available upon request

• Estimated Time Commitment: One-year program, starting August 2025

Eligibility Requirements:

• Open to high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors in San Diego County

• Interest in STEM fields

• Must have reliable transportation or access to ride-share services (stipends available)

• Must be available for in-person visits and Saturday events
