Overview: The LTI Fellows Program is a 10-month leadership and mentorship initiative for individuals who identify as Chicano(a) or Latine in the San Diego binational community. Participants engage in culturally relevant training sessions, receive UCSD post-baccalaureate credit, and are paired with experienced professionals for a year-long mentorship.

Key Information:

• Location: San Diego binational region (in-person sessions required)

• Modality: In-person

• Compensation: Unpaid; 4 UCSD post-baccalaureate units awarded

• Estimated Time Commitment: 10 months, with monthly 4-hour in-person sessions

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must reside in the San Diego binational community

• Must identify as Chicano(a) or Latine

• Must demonstrate commitment to improving the Latine community

• Must exhibit leadership potential

• Must be able to commit to attending all sessions and completing assignments

• Tuition: $2,500 (scholarships available based on need)
