Eligibility Requirements:

• Open to high school seniors and currently enrolled college students

• Must be attending school (in-person or virtual) in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, or Riverside counties

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Required documents:

  • Completed scholarship cover sheet

  • Essay: “Why I Plan to Enter the Field of Health Care After College Graduation”

  • Letter of recommendation

  • Unofficial transcripts (high school and college, if applicable)

• All application materials must be submitted in one email to hcc.scholarship@gmail.com between April 1 and June 30
