Vera Ustyanskaya is a painter and art teacher with over 16 years of experience in the arts and education. She believes in the power of persistence and encourages students to take chances—“if you don't try, you won't know.” Vera’s journey has been shaped by setbacks that led to unexpected opportunities, from rejections that turned into sales to missed chances that led to better paths. She sees mentorship as a way to share the lessons of many years of creative work in a simple, honest way.

Yevhen Kotukh is a professor of cybersecurity and software development with over 20 years of experience as an engineer, entrepreneur, and researcher. He has worked with major companies like MTN, Amazon, and Vodafone, founded two startups, and authored 190 scientific papers. Yevhen holds multiple advanced degrees and is a British Academy of Sciences Fellow. He has taught for over a decade and is passionate about supporting students who take initiative. He’s also traveled to 90 countries—but says Ukraine will always be home.

Dima Korobskiy is a Software Architect with experience in system design, enterprise web apps, and DevOps. He has worked at Fortune 500 companies, startups, banks, and also ran his own business. Dima has led development teams, managed full project lifecycles, and helped build a strong tech community at work. He’s also published scientific articles and enjoys football—he’s been to matches at the World Cup, Champions League, and Euro 2012.
